Not an ornamental plunge — a proper lap pool, twenty-five metres end to end, with a diving board, ladders at both ends and a wide sun-warmed surround. Fenced, with the pergola and loungers a few steps away for when you're done.

A full court hedged on every side, with a covered bar and long timber table at the fence line — so a game turns easily into an afternoon.

The sauna is generous enough for a group, and the lounge beside it is kept deliberately quiet — low light, a skylight open to the stars, somewhere to sit and let the day go.
